Licensed GC manages foundation, framing, trades, and finishes. Buildertrend weekly updates — every milestone documented with photos throughout the entire build.

ENJOY
Final walkthrough, punch list, and warranty. Your new square footage should look and feel like it was always part of your home. We make sure it does.

How long does a home addition take?
A bump-out or sunroom: 6–10 weeks. A full room addition: 3–5 months. A second story or major structural addition: 5–8 months. We give you a realistic schedule at project start.
Can I live in my home during construction?
Usually yes. We plan work to minimize impact on your daily life, seal off the construction zone, and maintain access to kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas throughout the build.
Do you handle HOA approvals and permits?
Yes. As licensed general contractors, we pull all structural permits, manage inspections, and coordinate HOA submittals. This paperwork can be complex — it’s our job, not yours.
Will the addition match my existing home's style?
That's a priority. We integrate the addition's roofline, exterior materials, and interior finishes to match your existing home — so it looks like it was always there, not like it was tacked on.
