A cosmetic refresh (countertops, backsplash, paint) can take 2–4 weeks. A full gut remodel with layout changes typically runs 6–12 weeks. We give you a realistic timeline upfront — and we stick to it.
Can I live in my home during the kitchen remodel?
Most homeowners do. We set up construction barriers, protect adjacent rooms from dust, and keep the job site organized every single day. We'll discuss your specific situation in the consultation.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. As a licensed general contractor (License #RBCO006823), we pull all required permits and manage every inspection. You don't have to navigate the county permit office — that's our job.
Do you work with my existing layout, or do you redesign?
Both. If your current layout works, we can refresh it beautifully. If it doesn't, our team can help redesign for better flow, more storage, or an open-concept feel. We'll walk through your options in the consultation.
